  • Market Insight: In the Nigerian market, a leaky charging valve is one of the most common causes of slow gas loss. Elins Nigeria provides these heavy-duty brass valves to ensure that once a system is charged, the gas stays in. They are a “must-have” in every technician’s toolbox from Lagos and Liberia.

Technical Warning: You MUST remove the internal valve core before brazing the copper stem onto your pipe. The high heat from your torch will melt the core’s rubber gasket, leading to a permanent leak. Elins Nigeria Advice: After brazing and allowing the pipe to cool, reinstall the core and tighten it firmly. Always ensure the brass cap is screwed on tight as it provides a secondary safety seal for the system.
