Section 1:
The 100% Prepaid Model By transacting with ELINS, the purchaser acknowledges that we operate on a 100% Prepaid Model. This policy is central to our ability to maintain buyer confidence and secure genuine parts from global OEMs.
- Payment Finality: No goods shall be released from any ELINS warehouse, nor shall any sourcing activities commence, until 100% of the purchase price is received and cleared in our accounts.
- No COD: Cash on Delivery is strictly prohibited to maintain logistical security and price stability.
Section 2:
Pricing and Market Volatility
Prices listed on the website or provided in Sales Orders are subject to change without prior notice due to the volatile nature of foreign exchange and OEM price adjustments. The price is only \"locked\" once 100% payment is confirmed.
Price-on-Request (POR) & Discontinued Items: >
ELINS Nigeria Limited provides pricing for certain specialized or sourced items only upon formal request. A submission of an order for an unpriced or discontinued item does not constitute a binding contract of sale. A contract is only formed when ELINS issues a formal Sales Order and the Purchaser completes the 100% prepayment.
ELINS reserves the right to suggest alternative components for discontinued items; however, the final technical suitability for the specific application remains the responsibility of the Purchaser’s installer.
 Finality of Sales Order:
The prices and availability displayed on www.elins.com.ng are subject to change and do not constitute a final offer. A binding price is only established through a written Official Sales Order issued by an authorized ELINS representative. Payment made against an outdated website price without an accompanying Sales Order will not be honored as a completed sale.
Section 3:
Delinquency and Credit Reporting
Accounts with outstanding balances beyond 60 days will be flagged as delinquent. ELINS reserves the legal right to:
- Charge interest at 2.5% per month, compounded.
- Report the delinquency to national credit bureaus.
- Suspend all outstanding orders and future technical support.
Section 4:
Retention of Title Ownership of all goods—whether loose or installed in a facility—remains the property of ELINS Nigeria Limited until the full purchase price is paid.
