2. Be Specific: In the “Project Description” box, let us know if you are facing a specific cooling
failure or if this is a fresh installation for a new facility.
3. Visuals Help: We highly recommend uploading 2–3 photos of the site or the existing
equipment. This allows our technical team to assess the “Black Tech” requirements before we
even arrive.
